Return Policy:   All Gift Baskets are inspected for quality before leaving our premises.  If your gift arrives damaged we will replace the damaged items.  Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  Food items are not returnable due to health and safety regulations.

Substitutions:   At times we may have to substitute an item due to availability.  We will always substitute with an item of equal or greater value.

Alcohol Policy:   B.C. Liquor Control Act states: Recipients must be age 19 or older.  We are not permitted to store alcohol on the premises. We are happy to purchase alcoholic beverages on your behalf at B.C. Liquor Store pricing.  There will be  a $5 nominal fee for this service. *Local Greater Vancouver area  delivery only

Pricing: All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Delivery charge will be added at check-out.
